Employing specially designed barrier-type screws and grooved feed sleeves, equipped with efficient cast-aluminum heaters and hard toothed reduction gearboxes
With programmable logic controllers (PLC) from brands such as Siemens as the core, it is equipped with a large-sized color touch screen for the human-machine interface.
The box can combine the molten materials output by multiple extruders in a dedicated composite mold to produce composite pipes with up to five or even seven layers.
The planetary cutting machine can achieve chip-free cutting of large-diameter pipes; it is equipped with an automatic flipping table or a winding machine (for small-diameter pipes)
The box body is made of stainless steel and is equipped with an efficient dual-chamber vacuum sizing technology and a water film lubrication system. It also features automatic control of water temperature and water level.
With a design featuring two or more claws or multiple tracks, all the tracks are driven synchronously by a central motor through a chain. The traction is strong and uniform, effectively preventing the pipe from slipping or deforming. It is particularly suitable for the production of large-diameter pipes.
